Why Parents Need Something Different
Getting a child to school across the city is hard. The yellow bus may not serve your route, the subway isn’t an option for younger kids, and the big ride apps don’t allow children to ride without an adult. Parents end up rearranging their mornings or trusting whoever is available.
We built our school rides around the parent. You book, you set the rules, and you hear from us at every step. Every chauffeur in our network is TLC-licensed and background-checked, and you’ll have your chauffeur’s name, number and car before the first ride.
How Parent Supervision Works
You set it up
Tell us the schedule, the school, the pickup spot and who’s allowed to hand your child off. Rides are booked and paid by a parent or guardian.
You know the chauffeur
Before the first ride we send the chauffeur’s name, number and car. For regular schedules we do our best to send the same chauffeur every day.
A code word
You pick a code word and share it with your child. The chauffeur says it at pickup, so your child knows it’s the right car.
Texts at every step
We text you when your child is in the car and again when they’re dropped off, with the time.
Hand-off rules you choose
At school, the chauffeur waits until your child is inside or with staff. At home, until they’re with the adult you named.
Just your child
No other passengers are picked up on the way. It’s a private ride, door to door.

Good to Know
Tell us your child’s age when you book. For younger children, we’ll talk the plan through with you first, including who meets them at each end. Many schools have their own pickup rules, so share them with us and we’ll follow them.
If school closes early, a game runs late or there’s a snow day, just text us. We’ll adjust the pickup and confirm it back to you.

Can my child ride to school without me?
Yes, when a parent or guardian books the ride and sets the pickup and hand-off plan with us. For younger children, we’ll talk through the plan with you before the first ride.
Will it be the same chauffeur every day?
For regular schedules we do our best to send the same chauffeur every day, and we’ll tell you ahead of time if someone else is covering.
How will I know my child arrived?
We text you when your child is picked up and again when they’re dropped off.
What is the code word for?
You choose a word and share it with your child. The chauffeur says it at pickup, so your child knows they’re getting into the right car.
Do you provide car seats and boosters?
Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available on request for $20 per seat. Tell us your child’s age and weight when you book.
