These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sultan Rides website, booking services, and transportation services.
By accessing our website or booking a transportation service with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Sultan Rides
Sultan Rides provides professional chauffeur transportation services throughout New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area.
Our services may include:
- Airport transportation
- Corporate transportation
- Point-to-point transportation
- Hourly / as-directed chauffeur service
- Special-event transportation
- Other private transportation services offered through our booking system
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Sultan Rides,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Sultan Rides and its authorized representatives.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or business accessing our website or booking or using our services.
“Booking Platform” refers to the third-party reservation system used by Sultan Rides to facilitate online reservations.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Upload malicious software, code, or other harmful material.
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect website content without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide intentionally inaccurate information.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Reservations and Booking Information
When making a reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Passenger name and contact information
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Pickup date and time
- Number of passengers
- Luggage requirements
- Flight information, when applicable
- Any special instructions or service requirements
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide the requested service.
When a reservation is made through our online booking system, additional terms presented during the booking process may also apply.
5. Third-Party Booking Platform
Online reservations may be processed through a third-party reservation platform, including LimoAnywhere.
When you use the third-party booking system, you may be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy practices, and policies in addition to these Terms.
Sultan Rides is not responsible for technical problems, outages, or policies controlled solely by the third-party booking provider.
6. Payment
Payment requirements are determined by the reservation and booking process.
Additional charges may apply when a client requests services or changes that were not included in the original reservation, such as:
- Additional stops
- Additional waiting time
- Changes to the vehicle or service
- Changes to the itinerary
- Other services requested after the original booking
Any applicable charges will be communicated or reflected through the booking process where reasonably possible.
7. Changes to Reservations
If you need to change your reservation, please contact Sultan Rides as soon as possible.
Reservation changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Changes made close to the scheduled pickup time may not be possible and may be subject to additional charges.
8. Airport Transportation
For airport reservations, clients should provide accurate flight information whenever requested.
Flight tracking may be used for applicable airport reservations to help coordinate pickup timing.
Passengers remain responsible for allowing sufficient time for airport security, baggage collection, immigration, traffic, and other travel requirements.
9. Waiting Time and Additional Stops
Complimentary waiting time may be provided according to the service and booking confirmation.
Additional waiting time or stops outside the original reservation may result in additional charges.
The specific waiting-time allowance and applicable charges, if any, will be determined by the reservation or applicable service policy.
10. Passenger Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate reservation information.
- Be available at the designated pickup location.
- Follow reasonable instructions from the chauffeur.
- Treat chauffeurs and staff respectfully.
- Use the vehicle responsibly.
- Comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
Sultan Rides may refuse or discontinue service when a passenger’s behavior creates a safety risk, involves unlawful activity, or materially interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle.
11. Service Availability and Delays
Sultan Rides makes reasonable efforts to provide transportation at the scheduled time.
However, transportation services may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Vehicle or mechanical issues
- Airport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when possible.
12. Vehicle Substitution
While we make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle selected during booking, circumstances such as maintenance, availability, safety requirements, or operational issues may require us to provide a comparable vehicle.
13. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Sultan Rides is not responsible for items that are lost, forgotten, or left inside a vehicle unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you believe you have left an item in a vehicle, contact us as soon as possible with your reservation details.
14. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Sultan Rides website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by Sultan Rides or used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sultan Rides will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including transportation delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
