With us, you book the ride, we send the chauffeur’s name, number and car ahead of time, and we can text you when your parent is picked up and when they’ve arrived. Every chauffeur in our network is TLC-licensed and background-checked, and we ask them to take their time.

Booking a Senior Ride for a Parent?
You can book and pay, and put your parent’s name and number on the ride. Add anything the chauffeur should know in the notes: a walker, a hearing aid, a building with stairs, a doorman who’ll call up. If your parent would like the same chauffeur each time, tell us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Riders who can transfer to a seat are welcome, and our SUVs and vans have room for walkers and folding wheelchairs. If your parent needs a wheelchair-accessible van with a lift, call us before booking so we can check availability.
